Terms and Conditions Naga15 — Malaysia Gaming Platform Guidelines

This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and naga15 ("Platform", "We", or "naga15"), which operates the website and mobile application at the domain naga15.my.

In this document, certain specific terms are used with defined meanings:

One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at naga15 at any time. Naga15 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing players. Each bonus offer comes with its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible game restrictions, validity period, and maximum withdrawal limits that may apply.

Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement refers to the total amount you must wager before bonus funds (or winnings derived from bonus funds) can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling RM 2,000 before you can withdraw those winnings.

• Not all games contribute equally toward meeting the wagering requirement — please check the contribution rate for each game in the relevant bonus terms.
• Naga15 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated wins if there is evidence of abuse or the use of strategies designed to exploit the bonus system.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings that have fulfilled the wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.

All games offered on the Naga15 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by an accredited certification body. This ensures that every game outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including Naga15 itself.

Game results are final. naga15 will not accept disputes regarding settled game outcomes except in cases of verifiable technical system failure. Should a technical disruption occur during gameplay, naga15 will use server records to determine the valid outcome or restore the game to its state prior to the disruption.

Sports Betting

For the Sports Betting section, bet outcomes are based on official results issued by the relevant sports governing body. naga15 uses recognised sports data sources as a reference for bet settlement. In the event of a result dispute between different sources, naga15 reserves the right to use the source deemed most authoritative to settle the bet.

Naga15 is fully committed to fraud prevention and anti-money laundering. We comply with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards and conduct continuous transaction monitoring to identify suspicious activity.

The following actions are considered serious violations and will result in immediate action, including account suspension, a full investigation, and possible reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Use of false identity information or forged documents during registration or KYC.
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes (particularly in multiplayer games).
• Using automated software (bots) to play or place bets.

Players may also close their own account by contacting the Naga15 customer support team. Prior to closure, all active bets will be settled according to standard rules and any eligible net balance will be returned to the player once all required checks are completed.

Account Closure Procedure Upon Player Request

• Contact naga15 customer support and state your intention to close your account.
• Complete any required KYC verification if not yet done.
• Process account balance withdrawal to the registered payment method.
• Account closure confirmation will be sent to the registered email within 24 hours.

Naga15 takes problem gambling seriously and is committed to helping players who may have difficulty controlling their use of the platform. We provide several self-management tools that you can use voluntarily:

Naga15's liability to players is limited to the real money balance present in the player's account at the time the claim is made. Naga15 will not be held liable for any indirect losses, loss of opportunity, or loss of anticipated profits that a player may experience.

Naga15 reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes deemed significant will be communicated to players via in-platform notifications and/or email to the registered address, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Naga15 platform after the effective date of any changes to the terms is considered your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the naga15 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through arbitration appointed in accordance with Malaysian law.
